Cancellations (made by us)

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule training without prior notice and to amend or alter published programs, fees, venues, and lecturers, without liability. In these circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date for the same training, an alternative training, a credit note, or a full refund. It is essential therefore that you supply an up-to-date contact number and notify us if it changes.

Cancellations (made by you)

Cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the start of training. If your participation in the training is cancelled within 21 days by you, 50% of the fees you paid will be refunded. If you fail to attend, the fees you paid will not be refunded.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend the set date of the training, you can replace the original participant with another person with a cost attached if the person meets the following:
A. If the original participant did not attend any day of the training that was paid for
B. If we are informed at least 7 days before the start date of the training

Note: The transfer will only be done for the same training that was paid for and not other trainings.

Please note that all requests to transfer training participants are entirely at our discretion.

Special Needs

It is our policy not to exclude any child due to special needs wherever possible. The needs of each child vary, so decisions are made on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of support each individual child requires to enable them to fully participate in and enjoy our activities.

 

We request that Parents/Carers/Guardians of children with special needs contact the office to discuss how Silicon Valley Liberia can best accommodate their child, and consider whether any special arrangements need to be made.

 

Behavior and Exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person, at any time prior to, or during any of our training Activities, its in our opinion, the participant is not compatible with the general enjoyment and objective of SiliconValley Liberia e.g. bullying, disruptive or aggressive behavior.

 

SVL will not be held responsible for members who will leave the training Vicinity and follow their friends during sessional hours. If a member enters the training center and later leaves without the notice of the administration or instructors, that member will be punished according to our Code of Conduct.  

 

User content

Enable us to provide this website service, by adding User Content to this website you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license to use, reproduce, publish and distribute your User Content in whole or in part on the website and confirm that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. The license granted will not be used by us for any purpose directed towards private monetary compensation or commercial advantage. Please be aware that the website includes groups where your User Content may be viewed by all Users whether or not they have a user account for the website.

If you wish to remove any User Content from the website please contact us. Should you remove your User Content from the website any licenses granted prior to removal shall survive.

Provision of education: SVL will do all that is reasonable to provide an educational environment and teaching of every range, standard, and quality that is suitable for its Members and to provide knowledge with the high standards required. SVL will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering educational services for its members and guarantee that members will achieve their desired results.

Code of conduct: This means the code of conduct of this institution and supporting policies which apply to members of the training and may be amended from time to time.



Responsibility for Loss: Every member is responsible for the security and safe use of all his or her personal property including money, mobile phone, other electronic devices, and property lent to them by the institution.
